I use All Trails website for trail running spots. You can filter location, activity to (Trail Running) and distance to desired length. usually some excellent reviews, pictures, and directions for parking and other warnings like trail closures etc.
Started cutting 2 weeks ago and already dropped from 190 lbs to 177 lbs. Fighting weight (peak abs) is probably 165 range. I’m 5’9 so a bit short for AF standards but I deadlift/squat 315 for reps and bench 275 (not bad for my weight IMO). I’ve already been losing some gains as expected with any cut (cycling off creatine completely) but I really just want to get lean again because it has been so long. To be honest I have not given up that much. I still have a cheat day on the weekend and drink booze but only wine or vodka with soda water. Trying to restrict calories to about 400-500 below my metabolic rate. Foregoing most of my strongman exercises for more cardio and calisthenics.
Oh sh*t, that’s tempting. I’ll make a final decision on whether or not I’m running about a month before and open the pool. WYG can be the bookie. I’m going to feel guilty taking all of your $1’s.
Ran 3 miles at a 7 minute pace this morning before hitting the weights for 45 minutes. Been losing some muscle but the cardio gains have been steady. I might try running a mile for time this weekend. I need to take a day off between. Calves have been sore as a MFer.

Still lots of progress to be made in the shred but definitely enjoying the performance gains.
