Has anyone been approached by an ex who broke up with him, broke his heart, trampled on his emotions, and now in need of a helping hand in this economy. Would you take her back and open your house for her? Wallet? Bank account?
Nope.

She is some sort of Communications person, not finance related. Her story was that she wanted to make it on her own, wanted to buy a house on her own, wanted to be this strong woman. She made a big mistake by buying a house last year which has fallen in value since. There is no way I am getting in this mess but the thought did cross my mind.

If it was a serious relationship, there was presumably something you valued in him/her, and vice-versa.

no she is not hot in the conventional sense. but we were very compatible sexually.
Go get some $1s. Get a hotel room. Toss the $1s on the bed. Have her come over and service you. Relieve yourself all over the $1s. Give her till the count of 10 to take the money and leave. Then welcome yourself to the Upper Hand Club.
