Ethics: update IPS quarterly or yearly?

Quick question:

Under the Standard III © Suitability, what the guideline says about updating the client’s IPS? Is it quarterly or annually?

If risk and return objectives change frequently, quarterly updates make sense and at least annual update is required.

That’s whats on the CFAI curriculum? I noticed Schweser does not mention a particular required timeframe.

In my opinion, Curriculum is better for this kind of conceptual studying. I prefer Schweser for quantitative parts.
