Fail or Pass

PS: I met up with maratikus during the lunch break and he said the Yen Put was out of the money.

Tell me you aren’t in the top 50% (assuming a 50% pass rate)? You are DEFINATELY in the top 10%, you could have sniffed glue on your lunch break in finished in the top half. I would lay down any amount of money that the three of you are locks.

We’ll see.

70% chance to pass. I did poorly in the AM session. ~45% - 50%. I did well in PM 85-95%. Overall score of 65-75%. I hope this is enough to pass.

Before the exam I thought 30%/70% pass/fail. After the exam 70%/30% pass/fail. After reading the posts on here 50/50

Before exam - pass after exam - pass although this forum does a fantastic job at knocking one’s confidence a few notches.

from 40-70% on AM 80% on PM could go either way

Before Exam: 70% Pass During Exam: 80-90% Pass After Exam (realizing the MPS will likely be higher and stupid mistakes): 50-60% Pass

I’m 90% sure that I passed. For both Levels I and II I felt pretty good leaving the exam until I got to the discussions on this board. I then started to doubt my chances only to find out that I actually did do well… Bottom line: stick with your intial gut reaction otherwise it’s going to be a long summer!

before exam, i was fairly sure I’d pass now, iffy. (AM worse than my 50% test exams, PM better than my 68%). had a terrible brain fog although I’d seen everything (and did questions on all of it) before. depends on the majority of test takers, I think.

I’m certain that I passed. Below are my L3 results from last year. Band 10, yet got alot of below 50%. I studied 2x as hard this year. Level 3: Fail The table below illustrates your subject matter strengths and weaknesses. The three columns on the right are marked with asterisks to indicate your performance on each question or topic area. Your score band below shows how your overall score on the exam compares with all other failed candidates. For example, if your reported score band is 1, you scored in approximately the bottom 10% of failed candidates. If your reported score band is 2, your score was within the next band width ranging from approximately the bottom 11% to 20% of failed candidates. If your score band is reported as 10, you scored in the top 10% of all failed candidates. Performance band of your overall score among all candidates who failed the exam: 10

Last year, I failed with Band 10 (fail borderline) and ethics ( <= 50) killed me … I am hoping to be in the same band this year and have ethics pull me up. I think I got above 50% this time. I know that Ethics > 70 can help pass a borderline grade, but what about Ethics between 50-70%?

cautiously optimistic that I will pass…

I suspect it was Ethics that did me in. The strange thing is that I changed 3 ethics answers right before time was up. I may have screwed myself right there by doing that. that’s some tough sh^&* pimp! I was 7 last year. how many points do you think there is between 7 and 10?

pimp, how did you feel coming out of the exam last year versus this year? well, i know how you felt this year. so did you think you passed last year?

Last year coming out of the exam, I didn’t have the good feeling I have now. I knew it was going to be borderline last year.

good job this year… sounds like you left no doubt. i probably feel this year like how you felt last year.
