The uptalk really irritates me, though.
I can feel myself being drawn to her because she’s pretty and in a nice skirt, then repulsed by the uptalk as I get close, until I keep a healthy distance like an electron from a proton in a hydrogen atom. (yes, that was deliberately geeky)
