How Confident Are You That You Passed?

I must say I am pretty confident I nailed the exam. Definitely did not get 70+'s on all section but I think I did higher than 70 on the exam overall. I did a lot of last minute studying, basically I had read ethics, and then did nothing but cram everything else for the last three weeks. There was a lot that i knew and had the formulas down cold, there was some that I didn’t focus on and had to make some educated guesses. I wasn’t confident going into the exam, but I feel better now than I did after level 1. I’d say i’m 75% sure I passed (so it’ll be a big let down if I failed). How do you all feel?

I’ll go with last year’s pass rate - 40%

90%

70%

85%. If I had to guess…I would say 85 in the morning…65 in the afternoon…

60%

Good for you McLeod! I may be that confident but I don’t want to admit that optimism, because the 10% chance will lead to even bigger disappointment than my current 30%

90% sure i got over 70% in the AM 90% sure that i got under 70% in the PM

i feel pretty good… like others i’m sure, i can think of alot where i was dumb-founded, but alot of easy ones… and only felt unconfident about one analytical section (don’t really want to talk specifics… morning was much, much easier than afternoon. i bet alot of people were really strapped for time in afternoon. can’t believe all that i studied that wasn’t on exam. was there one really advanced analytical concept??

I’d be very surprised if I failed, simply because I think I did well enough in the morning to carry it. If I got 80%+ in the morning, which I think I did, then that’d mean I’d have to get under 60% in the afternoon. I don’t see that happening.

i feel fairly good. i thought derivs and especially PM in afternoon were killer. moreso pm, could have gotten a 0 for all i know. i have faith that from what everyone is saying they’ll maybe drop a question or two from the scoring, if that’s how it works. i’ll be very disappointed if i didn’t pass.

i feel like absolute sht. i kicked some a$$ like everyone else on the morning session. i actually dry heaved overdosing on freaking caffeine filled excedrin and redbulls at lunch time. i can’t believe i got sick on game day. anyway… hopefully i pulled close to a 80 on that morning session because pm is probably somewhere between 60-65. fck.

after reading through some of the threads I will increase mine to 90%…with a 3% std error. now run a hypothesis test on that at a 5% signifiance level. then see how that relates to the # hours I studied and spent on this board and then test it for serial correlation…the DW statistic is 1.25

PM for me was brutal, and fell under the presure of time constraints, will need lots of luck to pass

99% confident I passed.

The more I read this forum, the less confident I am :frowning:

got screwed in PM, need pure luck to pass

Besides Econ and PM, I thought this test was very fair. The morning session was about the easiest thing I’ve ever seen. I’m glad they didn’t have the PM session first because my AM confidence probably helped me get through some of the tougher vignettes in the PM.

Murphy’s law being what it was, my son got severe stomach cramps and spent a good part of Friday vomiting. He slept in our bed that night (and I took the uncomfortable guest bedroom). Just before getting to the exam, I heard from the wife that she’d take him to the hospital. Despite that, I did well on the morning part (like a lot of people, judging by the comments). At the break, I found out he was admitted, and had elevated liver enzymes. This kind of took the edge off my afternoon, but give the selection of questions, it probably wouldn’t have mattered. Just damn - they threw a lot of curves, and a lot of it left me clueless. Anyway, I spent Saturday sleeping on a pull-out hospital bed. The Lad came home this afternoon, and seems better. But it looks like I’ll be posting a lot next year as I prepare to re-sit for L2. Worse yet, I’ll probably have to wait until August to get results. Regardless of the outcome, thanks y’all for all the support and help. The forum has been great.
