I would cautiously guess that there is a negative aura associated with a fapper, smth really intangible, probably you could feel this when you see heavy alcoholics, you could understand that smth posesses them and they are not in control. You could see when a person is free from addictions and controls his life or when a person really rushes home to drink//fap/game. It’s not a good sign. And people communicate a lot on this non-verbal level. So yeah, fap definetely screws your charsima. There is no eye of the tiger if you are permanently satisfied.

Im kinda of on day 59. I fapped on day 41 and I did it on 49 w/o p0rn. I was scared it was messing up my system. Now Im back to that elevated body temp in the mornings I had in week 2… it sucks. I def miss the way I felt b4 day 41. Im commited again. The day after I fapped I found a website where ppl were staying they were in a lull for 2 months… wish I wouldve rode it out.
