“these institutions have been around for a long, long time and know how to teach” I am going to assume that Harvard inviting Jesse Ventura to teach a few classes (not sure on specific details) was a temporary lapse in judgement, similar to the one I had when I voted for him.
My Governor can beat up your Governor!
Holdside must live in CA.
Yeah right. “The Body” would just toss the Governator right out of the ring.
So you would rather drive a civic than a ferrari? nice arb
yikes…lot of talk on this one. A bit surprising. In response to the first few posts, I have a CFA Charter and know many other ivy alumni that also are taking or have attained the Charter.

You can drink and sleep through ivy league schools and top 10 business schools this way and coast with a C average (the lowest grades we are allowed to get is C-…and some ivy have pass/fail) Undergraduate students are all idiots, plain and simple. It shouldn’t matter more than a few years down the line at all.
------------------------------------------------------- > “these institutions have been around for a long, > long time and know how to teach” LOL, what a retarded comment. Professors from ivy/tier 1 to state schools are more or less the same in terms of teaching ability. They are all teaching the same easy elementary crap to us. But as for their research work and abilities (which doesn’t matter to us) it’s probably quite different.

Well, grad students at Ivies are very different from undergrads from Ivies
