Swetnick does not identify the alleged perpetrators or the location but claims that the party was attended by Kavanaugh and Judge. She does not contend that either Kavanaugh or Judge were among her alleged assailants.

anyways theres a ton of gray area and it very likely due to a huge misunderstanding. couple that with how long its been. most people dont remmeber things quite well and sometimes literally change events based on how they retell it.
