The pension IPS hammered me, and I made a bad error on the corner portfolio question and had to redo the whole friggin thing, but am pretty sure I came up with the correct answer when done, after reading about it on here after the exam. With a retarded AM session that was already almost impossible to finish I’m sure I lost some valuable points because of that. I thought I might have made some of it back up in the afternoon, but I guess not.

If you see an indication of the possibility that there is a chance of a negative outcome, why in the world would a person be inclined to post and further that notion…? The person would not even bother to remain on the site, for today (until Tuesday, when the fears may or may not be confirmed)…

Just log out and log back in again. You would see only the results link then.

1 to 4 to 1 here…

I did a bit of digging in the 2007 posts. Apparently you can search “ALL dates” for “registration” and just pick on the 16 Aug 2007 posts (on the day L3 results came out for 2007). I picked on several people - those with a no Level 3 registration link just before results and those with a level 3 registration link still there. You can then do a further search using the name of the person to see their posts after results came out. It turns out those without the link all passed and those with the link ALL failed…:(.

you guys should do a little more work you should be able to find a box with the following: June 2008 Results: * Get your Level I exam results here * Levels II and III available Tuesday, 19 August 2008, at 9:00 a.m. ET Now, “Level I exam results here” is a link, copy the link location you will see https://www.cfainstitute.org/programs/private/canservices/examresults/view/resultletterform.aspx?ExamPeriodCode=2008A Change it to https://www.cfainstitute.org/programs/private/canservices/examresults/view/resultletterform.aspx?ExamPeriodCode=2008A&Level=3 Bingo!! Here we go!

didnt work

if you can’t see you fail there, you can assume you pass!

huh? whats the logic behind that?

what will you see if you passed?

doesn’t work. Did you take the exam and are you able to get to the results?
