MAGA

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell issued an apology Wednesday afternoon after President Donald Trump, through his attorneys, demanded the retraction of an unsourced claim that Trump had “Russian billionaires close to Vladimir Putin” as co-signers on loans.

Yeah, it sounds like it’s not true. There’s a reason why I didn’t claim it as fact, but rather a developing story worthy of attention. But I find it kinda funny that the right didn’t care when the accusation was made, only when it was retracted. Breitbart didn’t care when the story was “DJT worked with russian oligarchs to accept millions from DB” but they all of a sudden feel the need to report on it when it’s being retracted. NYT didn’t bring it up because it was an unverified piece of news that didn’t have credibility, and they don’t feel the need to publish that it was retraced because it wasn’t news – it’s nothing.

Kinda slimy, don’t ya think?

Not slimy at all, the fine journalists at Breitbart are doing what they should, reporting real news. They are holding their peers accountable while their left leaning peers stay quiet. This is a big deal, no matter what side you are on. People go on and on about alleged Russian interference in US politics but ignore the media’s as long as it helps their party, it’s sad.

In case anyone actually think’s Breitbart is anything other than an alt-right website used to justify loony conspiracy theories. Look at their wikipedia article.

So tempted to delete this thread.

My vote would be to shrink the roll of political discussions here in general.

Lol breitbart

If the Fed would cut, we would have one of the biggest Stock Market increases in a long time. Badly run and weak companies are smartly blaming these small Tariffs instead of themselves for bad management…and who can really blame them for doing that? Excuses!

Regarding that tweet, the picture appears to have been a sensitive image that the US obtained through very special national security means. But I guess it’s all good as long as it’s owning the libs.

Trump says the US wasn’t involved in apparent launch pad explosion in Iran

LOL I love that retarded angle, good job resisting!

Honestly, what is the damage? The public satellite images were already being talked about in the news. Big whoop, the US has a high resolution photo, further showcasing their capabilities. It’s not like people actually doubted we had that ability. Also POTUS has the authority to declassify at discretion. There’s a lot of clucking but no real substance to those claims, now you’re just embarrasing yourself libs.

What’s the benefit?

4D CHESS. Kudos on being able to admit you were wrong and there is no damage. Just more libs clucking away. Orange man bad, never forget! lol

Somebody out there either learned something new or had prior knowledge reinforced about American spying capabilities. Either way, that’s a benefit to them and a detriment to us.

What Trump did was needless and stupid. It’s like taking a dump in your own pool.

Have a nice weekend.

Prove this in a reasonable manner.

I mean the second half is like, wow, they saw the blue angles and reinforced knowledge that we have jets, how reckless! Great feigned outrage. I say this having at one point had a DoD security clearance.

This is purely hyperbole echoed by NPC’s with less than any knowledge of anything feeding a need to be upset.

Take it up with the experts quoted in this piece.

When a piece of information like that picture is shared worldwide, the net effect is either beneficial or detrimental. To think that the dissemination isn’t detrimental, you’d have to think that intelligence agencies from Iran, Russia, China, and North Korea, among others, as well as various extremists in places like Somalia and Libya, have no interest in the capabilities of US spy satellites. They either learn something new from that picture or have prior knowledge reinforced. Either of these things are helpful to them.

Perhaps more concerning is that I don’t see any US benefit to sharing the image. I don’t know why Trump (or anyone advising him) would want to share it. If you have a reasonable case for how this helps the US, please explain. Otherwise, I think it’s another example of Trump being mentally incompetent.

analysis of the photo, very interesting!

4-D chess Trump trumps Iran, winning

Ok, so to recap, the “security experts” are:

A “professional astronomer” from the Netherlands.

A “former top lawyer”.

The “the Director of the Stanford Internet Observatory”.

It’s funny because the “security experts” from the last article you posted had it pinned on a spy aircraft which is moronic and these guys have it on a satellite (which is what I had assumed from the get-go), so they’re at least they’re doing mildly more expertish even if they can’t sort their story out.

I rest my case and will simply repeat myself: “I say this having at one point had a DoD security clearance. This is purely hyperbole echoed by NPC’s with less than any knowledge of anything feeding a need to be upset.”

Village idiots gonna village idiot.
