Washington Post is fake news. “desperate attempts” they can’t hide their bias. Any president would want to do all he could to help get the country back to normal. If this happened when Obama was president (thank God it didn’t) they would be calling him a hero if he was doing the same thing…
The way Obama handled H1N1 was a disgrace and they never called him out for it. Now we have a president who actually knows what he’s doing and they want to do everything they can to tear him down, sad!
So . . . did he know what he was doing when he suggested that people inject disinfectants into their bodies to kill the COVID-19 virus, or did he know what he was doing when lied about it and said that he was being sarcastic?
Or was he actually being sarcastic and knew what he was doing when he decided that being sarcastic during a briefing which people watch to learn how to protect themselves against a deadly virus was a smart idea?
Update at 8:16 PM : If he’s elected to a second term, Trump said he’s going to work to reduce the government’s deficit. “We’re going to cut back [spending] very substantially plus we’re going to have great growth,” he said.
“We have tens of billions of dollars coming in” from other countries, Trump added.
The guy on the left said he’s been treated worse than the dude represented by the statue. Trump supporters are suckers.
Knows what he’s doing? He changes his position depending on who he’s talking to – one second he’s supporting these Michigan protesters, next he’s saying we should lock down, then it’s the state’s call, then it’s his call, then back to the states’s? He’s not operating in a way to best mitigate the combined damage of the outbreak (economic, health, etc.), he just wants to shift blame.
Imagine if a deal was made where a vaccine would be available tomorrow but Trump would have to lose next year’s election. Do you think Trump would take that deal? I don’t, but I think Obama and Bush would.
“The government is not persuaded that the January 24, 2017 interview was conducted with a legitimate investigative basis and therefore does not believe Mr. Flynn’s statements were material even if untrue,” the documents state. “Moreover, we do not believe that the government can prove either the relevant false statements or their materiality beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Apparently Trump doesn’t understand the meaning of “exonerate”.
Flynn wasn’t exonerated.
A new AI bot was developed to understand Trump:

Interesting tidbit: he’s more stressed when he’s telling the truth than when he’s lying.

“Reflecting on Mother’s Day this weekend, President Donald Trump said Friday that he could do no wrong in his mother’s eyes and perhaps that’s what framed his personality today.”
I presume that he means the personality that allows him to believe that no matter how badly he fouls things up, he can do no wrong (and that, consequently, it’s always someone else’s fault).
lol trumps an idiot. i get what he was trying to say. but that is not waht he said. lol
That’s not a real word.
It is now!
