Never ceases to amaze me that we’ve had the multiple french attacks (assault weapons, trucks, bombs), and now a series of UK attacks and bombings but if an AR gets used in the US it’s suddenly the gun that’s the problem. Cognitive dissonance. Also, to be clear, I’m not even blaming extremist Muslims, I’m just saying wackos in general are a problem that isn’t solved by banning things.

What annoyed me about this was when it was breaking on facebook all the top comments on the articles from UK news outlets were along the lines of “lets not jump to conclusions about motives” or “it’s so racist to assume that this was terrorism” etc.
I didn’t see the comments that prompted those comments, maybe they were out of line and would have annoyed me just as much but come on people; Europe is literally getting attacked on a monthly basis.
