I would like to remind everyone that I didn’t touch the CFA curriculum… ONLY schweser…but then having a master’s in finance is an obvious huge help congrats to all you that also passed, we all worked out and deserved it!!
Band 6 last year. Used mainly schweser and did CFAI EOC questions once last year. 
This year, still used Schweser, but went through areas I didn’t understand well in CFAI text. Did all CFAI EOC questions, and did the ones I was not 100% comfortable with again and again and again and again. Also went through every LOS and made sure I had some idea what they were talking about. Also - FLASH CARDS! - I made my own. About 150 total - nearly every formula. Those are HUGE. Committed to memory. Passed. I really believe the exam would be fairer if it was not multiple choice, as you could demonstrate your knowledge a lot better. I got below 50% in Economics, and have a degree in it! Don’t care how I got there, but scrapped through. Well done to everyone, and for those that failed, you are a step closer. Keep believing. Wooohhhhh…Passed it. Wht a relief!!! Failed ethics, but scored >70 in Equity, FRA, Derivatives, FI and Corp Fin. The other areas between 50-70. Surprised that I passed despite although I failed ethics. I thot, if u mess with ethics - well dats the end. No, it wasn’t thanks to >70 areas :).
