Once again I stand by my story.I WILL APOLOGIZE IF i AM WRONG.I will promise this guy had no reason to lie. They caught inconsistencies between the links between register and not and the pass and fails quite a few were not matched up properly. I do not know how to make it any clearer. We will see tomorrow

Saavy132, all what you explain is actually a possible explanation. However, I doubt your guy would have told you something different in any case knowing that you would spread the word on AF. Imagine your guy had said that it was possible that these links meant something over the weekend…it would have been mayhem on this forum. Anyway, wait and see for tomorrow.

4 had no significance. 4 happened when they were up loading stuff or the site was too busy etc. when 4 happened and one logged out and logged back in th e4 changed to eiethr 3 or 1. now it may not always be true but fact is there were only 4 outcomes: 4 and 1 4 and 3 always 1 always 3

What happened to 2 ? and if it’s not even a possible scenario why did it get a number ? Can’t we just call them 1, 2 and 3 ? …

I think always 1 or 3 could happen if you didn’t check your profile 10 times or so like most people and also before a certain time on Sunday. I can’t imagine they were not actually loading results over the weekend. The fact that they closed registration at that time is probably not a coincidence Plus, for once they had announced an official release date for the results. I can’t imagine they could screw it up and not be ready on time. Making sure everything works properly and was ready to go by Sunday seems logical to me.

In that case they should have closed the registration when they released ther Level I results.

So we have two guys reporting insider information from the CFAI - One says that he was told that results were being uploaded but something went wrong with linking the links with the database correctly. The other says that his source told him nothing was uploaded over the weekend. So who has a better insider.

savvy132…right or wrong…thanks for getting on the horn and trying to figure out what the hell happened in classic CFAI fashion, it is smoke, mirrors, nothing definitive and completely defensible on their part. After all, they said the results were coming out tomorrow, not to go inferring crap from links / lack of links over the weekend. It was irresistible to do so for me because for the last two years I have been able to register for the next exam before results were out. I never thought it would have gone down like it did but it is what it is well wishes to all tomorrow
