Mm mm ribs

In a restaurant, 99% of the time “bbq ribs” will be pork. Beef is the exception and will be labeled if it is.
McRib is also pork, fyi.
My family owns the Rendezvous so if you want some good pork ribs to try for your first time then I’ll hook you up.
In Memphis?
That’s right.

Respect. Do I have to do something out of gratitude ?
C’mon, Private Pyle. If a man invites you to eat a gourmet meal at his house or restaurant, then figure out a way to show some gratitude.

Nope. Anytime someone says they haven’t had barbecue ribs, and I know they aren’t lying, then I treat them to ribs.

My cousins are the ones who own the place, so they’re the ones everyone knows.
When it comes to ribs, I’m biased and will tell you that the rendezvous has the best ribs. I grew up on dry rub… My girlfriend is a vegetarian and this past winter I made her try the ribs. She said “that is the only meat I will ever eat. It was so good!”
send me some ribs broseph

the rendezvous has the best ribs.
they must be cooking them in a big green egg then

Beef ribs are definitely much larger than pork ribs.
The McRib likely has >0% pork in it, but I willingly pay extra to go to a real BBQ joint and get something with actual rib bones smoked low and slow with a nice dry rub and sauced up real nice!
It is strange and sad that the only experience some people have with pork ribs is the McRib sandwich.
And McRib:Pork ribs :: Chicken nuggets:chicken breast
Quant, 99% of the times when you go to a restaurant in the US, you will be served sheep ribs. The other 1% of the times, it will be goat. So I think you’re good to go here, wouldn’t worry about it.
