…shortly after the exams were handed out though, the guy whispered to himself “this is gonna be bad…” and after just writing his name down, he walked up to the proctor, handed in his exam, and left. never to return.

Why would somebody do this? Did he panic and chicken out?

Had the exam been in my own city I would have done the same.
