trump... so disappointing... such a failure. i had high hopes

Isn’t there a bill that votes the president out if he is deemed unfit to serve? At least that’s what some people tried in 24…

Twas serious

oh yeah i think they are even more excited now than ever. Deep inside Trump got their backs

Is it even deep inside though? It couldn’t be more clear President Bigot has their backs. Even if it’s only as simple as his ego is too big to denounce anyone who supports him.

Never forget the people who demanded us to “respect the office” after the election. Hahahaha. Imagine.

Thats rich. Most of those people spent 8 years calling BO every name in the book and complaining about the color of his suit and how he eats his burger.

He says what he thinks. Does not give socially acceptable answers. A rarity among politicians. I hope he will get a second mandate.

“does not give socially acceptable answers” is just him pandering to his base. He can say edge lord junk and neck beards all over the internet eat it up. If he says what he really thinks i bet a huge chunk of trumpers bail immediately. Hes playing you. A second mandate? He never had a first he lost the popular vote bigly.

The best president since Ronald Reagan era. Didn’t like both Bush nor Obama. Clinton was partially OK.

^ Trump could have won the popular vote big league if that was the strategy of his campaign. Instead, they focused their efforts on the electoral vote, because those are the rules!

Reagan would be run out of the modern republican party as a leftist globalist. Revisionist history is insane, the man was horrible for the american working class, Iran-Contra was a national disgrace, was for banning assault weapons etc etc etc

yeah you’re right…not even deep inside. you can see it right through. The president of the USA defended kkk and Nazis. This scares me and should scare everyone around the world…

Remember the quote from Martin Niemoller,

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist.

_Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—_Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

_Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—_Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

Sure it may be the 10% or 1% or 0.1% of the right wingers but it has begun and the person with the most power in our great country adore them. It has the potential to snowball into something much bigger and evil…

Obviously we’re looking at the same thing from different points. At the end of the day, you’re the electorate, not me.

Just because I was trolling you guys doesn’t mean that I agree with the liberals. The liberals are behaving very dangerously in my opinion. Ben Shapiro has been the only sane voice I’ve heard on this issue.

The guy is a glib egomaniac like Obama. He’s got no real values and he’s trying to trash Congress during the time when he could be bringing people together and enacting real change. SAD

You do realize that Niemöller was a Nazi, right? He was a nationalist who was kicked out of the navy for refusing to abide by the terms of the armistice that ended WWI and an antisemite who supported an attempted coup to remove the Weimar government. He voted for Hitler, had a personal relationship with him, and had no problem with him until the 3rd Reich tried to dictate policy to the Lutheran church. In a 1935 sermon, Niemöller described the Jews as “a highly gifted people which produces idea after idea for the benefit of the world, but whatever it takes up changes into poison, and all that it ever reaps is contempt and hatred.” Niemöller’s opposition to racial laws was only on behalf of people who had converted to Christianity, and even here he initially favored the establishment of a separate church for them. So, it’s a nice quote, but disingenuous at best, as Niemöller actually did speak out (in favor of the Nazis) when they came for the Socialists, Trade Unionists and Jews.

Yes, i do know that he supported hitler and that he has said antisemitic comments even after the war. He has taught and spoke about the atrocities of nazism and fought against such hatred. Yes, he was in favor hence his quote…

His quote has a lesson for all of us and something to reflect on.

Is Fact Check around? I guess I’ll take this one.

How is the quote disingenuous when it is litterally his life? He didn’t defend all of these groups and then he was imprisoned for 8 years by the Nazis because he didn’t speak up. He was imprisoned in 1937 and this quote is from during the immediate post-war period. Being an anti-semite before the war does not change the fact that the quote as written is exactly what happened to him. I did have to look this up. Context is everything.

higgmond can’t handle the truth

Good quote, but I do not foresee the government “coming for” anybody. It’s not happening and it’s not going to happen under Trump.

So I guess the Muslim and Transgender bans are fake news?

Also keep an eye on Jeff Sessions.
