In a few years he’ll be old enough to run as a democrat. He’s already white enough.
Trump is already starting to moderate his immigration position. Let’s see how he keeps pivoting.
Trump Reverses His Stance on Torture http://www.wsj.com/articles/trump-reverses-his-stance-on-torture-1457116559 A republican candidate is now going to base policy positions on international(!) law? Lolwut? The clarification was one of two Mr. Trump made after Thursday night’s raucous presidential debate. The second concerned his position on visas for highly skilled immigrants. He appeared in the debate to strike a new position favoring them, but after the debate said he still opposed a visa program that many businesses use to bring in those workers.
The shifts come as the campaign has moved to a new phase, in which Mr. Trump is attempting to position himself better for a potential general-election campaign, while also coming under pressure to flesh out his sparse policy position
Looks like we are inching close to a President Rubio.
Where have you been for the previous 10 debates? It has been reality TV at its best; there is a reason the ratings have reached 24M viewers.
Cruz is doing well today, Hillary thanks him.
Exactly. The debates are absolute must watch televison. Most exciting stuff on TV these days. I wouldn’t miss them for anything. they’re hilarious.

i find this funny. how is he allowed to change his stances? are people allowed to change their vote? you potentially have all these crazies thinking they’re electing someone who will change things, because he says he will, and then he ends up being a democrat? this would never fly in canada. i don’t get how a 240 year old democracy allows this. and the fact that some people on AF are okay with trump because they think he will drastically change his stances is also hilarious. don’t you want some dependability in your elected officials. this is why america is going through a crisis of confidence wrt their politicians. it’s still the wild west.
/\ Right, and Hillary has been a consistent rock through her time in the public eye. She doesn’t adopt whatever position that keeps her on the path or weave stories to promote herself or her agenda. In other news, the latest from Buchanan. He seems to be keeping his mind while the rest go crazy. Surprising that having HRC pick the next Justice doesn’t trump the dislike for Trump. http://buchanan.org/blog/oligarchs-super-pac-anti-trump-strategy-124921
^ one of my friends sent that to me today. I love it, and whole heartedly agree.
Bernie wins and I’ll need to start exploring a work from home arrangement from Mexico or something. Maybe Cuba by that point.
Trump crushed this Tuesday. Won big in Michigan, Mississippi (almost 50% of vote), a solid 2nd place in Idaho, and had the nice unexpected win of Hawaii. It sets him up nicely for this coming Tuesday. If he can just win one of Ohio or Florida, it’s probably all over. If he wins both, it’s definitely over
Little Marco had his most dismal showing yet. His campaign is a dumpster fire. Most overrated poltician of all time. His sole claim to fame is being a young, hispanic Republican.
Conservatives have been bashing Trump for “not being a real conservative.” But it seems to suggest that what’s really driving the Republican Party over the past few decades is not the wisdom of conservative economics, but that the Republicans are the party where you’re allowed to hate whoever you want unabashedly. Now the hate contingent has started to separate from fiscal conservative contingent and we see that it’s only a small segment that actually likes fiscal conservatism (aside from the low taxes part - everyone likes lower taxes, after all).
^ I think the “hate” we the people are observing is the digust for the career politicians, which are seen as the problem.

…we see that it’s only a small segment that actually likes fiscal conservatism (aside from the low taxes part - everyone likes lower taxes, after all).
That is the nature of income distribution.

While my guess is you are making grotesque allegations, which you have a habit of doing, the idea that an American should not be able to hate whomever and whatever, whenever, deserves consternation.
Cruz seems eloquent, competent, and intelligent. Trump’s idea of how the rest of the world is screwing over the US by not following trade agreements is out of touch with reality. Every country, including the US pursues their own interests, and if Trump’s fans think all of a sudden he’s going to do great trade deals and suddenly bring China andJapan in line, they’re idiots. How exactly is Trump going to “stop” China from manipulating its currency? Who knows…
Donald Trump said “Islam hates us”
Will this deter his vote bank or people feel thr is some atom of truth which cant be undermined or ignored?
Carson endorses Trump
