^If you go to the DNC, you’ll be able to see a presidential candidate who demonstrates competence, honesty, leadership, and intelligence in a way Trump never will. So those $50 will be money well spent for you.
All politicians are liars at some point in their career, it’s all a matter of perception, at least Trump is more upfront about what he thinks and I like that.
Yeah truly amazing…Either people on AF are way too big of a big shot that even if the above things materialize thanks to Trump, it would not hurt some of the AF members one bit - “hell got billion dollars and don’t care. Just tax that S%&t and block all religion and immigrants and build that wall…wait are these constitutional?? Hell yeah it is!!!” Or a lot of AF members are in the Midwest working for some custodian banks or some auditors and don’t give a damn…“tax them i will still be doing my trade settlements for them next year”
At the DNC, there were plenty of true big shots…real big shots; President and COO of Blackstone, executives from Goldman, JP, MS, and founder of Renaissance Technologies, Soros Fund Mgmt, and Citadel etc…
Seriously. I’m not a big Hilldog fan, but in my opinion there is zero choice in this election. A lot of NYCers here. I’d imagine at least some have hung with members of the Trump family once or twice. What were your honest impressions?
I disagree with BWYF, there is certainly a choice. There are two things going on today that is substantially impacting the perception of today’s reality. one, the media is assassinating trumps character linking him to poor, uneducated whites and making the insinuation that if you lean in that direction, you two must fall under that category. Second, the world we currently live in today is perfectly fine. The largest racial divide since the 60s, mass violence, and the insidious ever increasing national debt (the latter is probably the most dangerous), I think we should agree we face tremendous challenges and hurdles pent up from the current administration. So, if you wish to continue the party (pun intended) and watch the dislocation between rich and poor, a social divide that is unsustainable, and see how long it lasts until the cops come (in the form of government defaulting on debt), here’s a blue pill. On the other hand, if you wish to accept the issues as possible dangers and want to confront said problems, perhaps you should consider another candidate beyond HRC.
We live in a dangerous and complex world where POTUS has to manage vast problems through intelligent use of policy, from domestic to military to foreign relations. Does anybody seriously think the clown has the ability to handle any of this?
Despite this, people are voting for him because he’s “politically incorrect” and he “doesn’t give a f***”. Truly we get the government we deserve.
People don’t seem to have any common sense left, to differentiate between political “lying” (all politicians tell people what they want to hear), and a flat-out psychopathy + narcissism + compulsive lying (Trump). These candidates are not even remotely similar. Hillary has been in public service her whole life, she’s the best you’ll ever get, period (because you can’t have Bill a second time). If Americans hate her, well then just give up and quit. Trump has been in self service his whole life. These couldn’t be more different people.
It’s probably because I haven’t owned a TV for 15 years, and thus don’t receive any of this brainwashing. Memes!
Cmon, Americans will never do that. They have yet to comprehend the root cause of their problems, and so they can’t possibly fix anything. If they actually ever figured out root cause, they would see it’s check mate. President can’t do anything here, not Obama, not Hillary, and certainly not Trump.
Calculated it earlier this week – Bill was a once in 247 million years personality. 1 in 30,000 intelligence, 1 in 10,000 leadership, 1 in 1000 charisma, 1 in 100 psychopathy, 1 in 100 benevolence. Our race will be extinct before another Bill is born!
That’s it. That is every position and plan he has. Education? Don’t know. National security? Don’t know. Environment? Don’t know. Racial relations? Don’t know. National debt? Don’t know.
I like Gary Johnson and what he did in New Mexico immensely. I just can’t risk Trump.
^^ those are his “plans”…not really plans but what he wants to do…He has no plans on how to make them happen…Build walls and have Mexico pay for them? ok but how? Mexico will simply say okay here is 5 years of our labor force and $14 billion?
Trump is a complete joke lol…From plagiarism by the potential first lady, to presidential candidate asking the adversary of the USA, Russia, for help in hacking/finding emails, calling Obama a Muslim, Kenya born (some how for some Repubs this is viewed as patriotic? lol), calling McCain not a war hero because he was captured…etc. What did Trump do to serve our country? He really loves USA is that why he says Make America Great Again? When was America Great? Back in 1800s when slavery was legal or in 1950s when Women and colored were blatantly discriminated against or in the 1970s when America was in the Vietnam War mess or in the 80s and 90s when the war against divorcee women was winding down and the new war (still going), against LGBT was waging on?
America is more diverse, more advanced, more progressive, more forgiving, more mature than ever before. More than ever in the history of USA, we have more schools in the world rankings, more companies in the world rankings, more innovations, and our music, fashion, finance, food, and culture spread all over the world. Now we have a black president living in the White House, only merely 220 years ago the WH was built by black slaves…What country has ever progressed this far this fast? No other country…
But Trump wants to “Make America Great Again” because…why he see too many rich Asians, Jews, and too many colored people attending prestigious schools and taking up high paying jobs? Because the USA is not what he had imagined or what he had experienced growing up in his posh Upper East Side Manhattan in the 60s, 70s, 80s? If this is why America is not great right now…when you have a chance please take your head out of your dark, cylindrical echo chamber of your arse (where you see nothing but your past imaginations and hear only yourself) and witness the progression and advancement
