Amazing, I actually got out of that bad trade this morning at break even…was certain I would get punished by the Trump win. Market psychology; “oh sh!t Trump is going to win -5%, okay he won and the nuke didn’t launch, it’s all good!”. Weird.
Well, back to selling naked calls at 2150 to get my short back on, then resume selling puts against it. Still late bull, things still suck, even more now. The only up-risk is if he launches an irresponsible fiscal plan, and somehow manages to prop things up for awhile. But base case, global recession, countries are clearly positioning for it.

Sorry to disappoint chumps; Mexico bounced and I got out even on both short puts and long equity, and the ES long bounced and I got out of even on that too. Calculate possible outcomes before the trade, react appropriately when you get non-base-case outcomes. I already walked away from those old election bets, and have moved on to the next stage…“Trump vol” trades!!!
