Been up since 9am…only got about 6hrs sleep, but I’ve already repented for my sins and put in a special request with the big guy. What can I say…I’m a good Catholic boy. Here at Pinkman’s and about to get all the way live with some Quant action. Cloudy, breezy day here in CHI, perfect for being holed up in here like a POW. Now I get up around whenever…I used to get up on time, But that CFA, he’s a real muthaf’r…gonna kick him on down the line OK this has to be up there for L2 song of the year. CFA studying probably could be likened to a bad H addiction. I seriously might blast some appetite and kick my studies into a whole new gear. so I did PM this morning, feeling better about it. I think I’m going to bite the bullet now and put in a few hours doing futures/fwds/FRA’s. Ugh I hate derivs.
It might be worth having a discussion about ICAPM this afternoon.
After church and family lunch I am just getting started for today. Once last review of the sauce today in preparation for the free CFAI test.
Crushing the first part of Quant right now and wearing the weekend rally shirt proudly. About to get my @ss handed to me on time-series. Making a run for quintuple Espresso shot iced coffee and Gatorade. Think my running to total for studying since Friday night right now is sitting at around 21-22 hours. Boooyahhh!

I did good study yesterday…completed SS 13 and CFAI free test where I scored decent mark. Didnt do anything today as I fell sick. Allergy is killing me. 18 more days to go!!!

Ahh McCormick. I’ll be there on 6/7 with all the L2’ers. Hopefully it’ll be the only and last time.
It seems like there are a lot of people from Chicago here. I took L1 at McCormick last December because the Dec exam isn’t offered in Milwaukee… I think I hate that place. It feels like you are walking into a football stadium when you go into that damn room.
Left Pinkman’s about two hours ago and have been detoxing at home since…you know, normal stuff like actually eating stuff with vegetables in it, watching DH and the news to get a taste of what’s actually happened in the real world over the last 48 and talking to my brothers back home in Canada who are at my one bro’s house with a ton of people for his surprise b-day party drinking beer, grilling and playing Rock Band with a bunch of our friends. Made me really miss home and think about things. Kinda bummed right now as it’s the long weekend back hom (Victoria Day) and everyone sounded like they were having a ball. Oh well, must push on and rise above the pain and pressure. Zim must exemplify the meaning of perseverance. Feel like I did this weekend… Finally tally boys and girls for my record-breaking weekend: somewhere around 28 hours. Thanks to all for the support, answers and general cameraderie through this experience. Going to crash out; hope you got a kick out of the pics…see you tomorrow.

Mumu - you should definitely looking into coming to visit your brother. Don’t worry, we’ll play good cover for you, just tell him there’s a “networking” event that lasts the whole weekend. Glad you enjoyed the pics…we prob could’ve picked up about an extra 45 mins of studying over the weekend, accounting for the production, staging and picture time, but what the hell!

I second that “impossible-to-get-visa” thing mumu … it’s really is what it is ‘impossible’. If I remember it correctly, it took me 1 year to get the processing done and th interview cleared. So you are just in time for the L3 meetups at CHI-town.
