L3 meetup…now that’s optimistic!!! haha…i was just kidding though…it maybe much tougher from india…it’s not so bad from Dubai actually…last time i got my visa in 3-4 days … plus I used to have an F1 student visa there…stayed for 4 years…and have visited after…so they like me where’s swan?? and where are my tickets!!!
^^ dude! I took this thread to a 5th page… is that a new record???
Mumu - with the way you talk and your mastery of slang and inside jokes…I totally thought you were an American or fellow Canuck working over there for a few years. Are you straight UAE? I’m proud to say you win the cookie for taking my thread to five pages, but there have been much longer on here. Maybe just not for such a trivial topic. Thanks!
I put in 14 hours this weekend. A 48% on Exam 2 AM scared me straight. Finished weekend with a 60% on Exam 2 PM.

Are you straight UAE? Am i straight UAE?? I dunno what that means…but no …I’m indian by descent…born and brought up mostly in Dubai (which is IN the UAE)…spent 4 years in good ole Indiana (IU - Bloomington)…so probably picked up the slang/insider joke style there…haha! although i was relatively funny even before that > > I’m proud to say you win the cookie for taking my > thread to five pages, honoured…simply honoured… but there have been much > longer on here. Yeah, I’m a little freaked about what my score is gonna be when I attempt my first exam.
I just saw swan preparing a shrimp coleslaw early in the morning, when I was about to hit the bed after conquering a mammoth weekend. He would be in school eating his tiffin now

That’s what I meant, that you were born and raised there. No question about the humor part; did the keg stands rub off on you too?
hahaha…no way…i’m a non-alcoholic which is why i’ll just be sending my poster to the big chitown AF gathering!
Soooo, sorry, I moved from NJ to Philly on Sunday to a place with no internet, so between that and studying I had no time, good to feel missed though, I should do this more often. Anyhow, you guys can stop congradulating yourself, and start pulling your junk together for next weekend, because if I’m not mistaken we have two more weekends of record setting ahead of us, so do not wash those t-shirts, hopefully i’ll have mine by this next marathon weekend. Also, Dinesh, why haven’t you signed up for the chi town trip yet? Anyhow, back to the books for me, and classes do start tomorrow, so that’s a new headache for me.
BS - unfortunately, I will not be able to make it to CHI as my parents are coming over after the exam and will have good time with them for next 3 months. I know I am missing out on huge fun and the golden opportnity of mapping faces to weird-AF-handles. Also as suggested by mumu, Can I send a poster of me for the trip??? since I am a non-alcoholic too. Lemme know beforehand as it take a while to get a 1114*782 size poster done in NJ.
PINKMAN - that poster has made my day, I don’t think I will stop laughing even till tomorrow at 9 when we form an assembly and the captain chooses the once who are going to get fired… hahahahahahahahah btw, Today was the finance biggies who were sent home, tomorrow it’s us (IT people)
Didn’t you already resign? Are you staying now?
My resignation was not accepted but I have volunteered my name in the list up tomorrow. Let’s hope I get the much needed 3 weeks at home!!!
Plus if you get cut that way, you should get a killer comp package.
haha good times!
guy was wearing a technics shirt… awesome.
Keep it going! I’m a huge fan of Two hours at a shot, break, rinse, repeat. - Tonight - two - three hours, sleep - wake up -eat, caffiene- practice test - go for run, shower, eat, more caffiene - review test, study (2 hours), break (nap?) - hit Qbank till brain travels elsewhere, beer. - Sunday - two two Qbank sessions on the rest of book four, and maybe get into Derivs if i’ve feel sparkly.
