More seriously, can you please explain what bending the ticket means. because i have done a single fold on mine to fit in an envelop.

Where did you read this? I folded mine as well, can’t be bothered to print another one. I seriously can’t think of a reason why that might be an issue.
it shouldn’t be an issue, its not like there’s any bar-code on there. they’ll have to drag me outta that testing room if they make a big deal about a fold!
