what type of music do you listen to during the day?

I just downloaded their video player, it actually looks pretty sweet. I’ll try using it next time I’m not in front of a tv. Can you get it on the iPhone?

American Psycho. Best movie ever. I work as an associate for a PE firm and somehow I still have more than enough time to listen to good music. 1. Pearl Jam 2. Vertical Horizon 3. Nirvana 4. Emerson Hart 5. Edward McCain 6. Counting Crows

Mostly reggae. Of course, Bob Marley, but also Jr. Gong, Sizzla, Capleton. I’ve been listening to Sean Paul and Beenie Man on the dancehall side. If not reggae then Iron Maiden, Rage, God Smack and Sabbath. My office is usually a car so whatever is in the disc changer is what I listen to til I burn out on it.

i listen to my trance music. keeps me pumped n psyched!

what is trance music?

Being here 60 hours plus you gotta have some stress relief sometimes. Music is one of the things that help relieve of your pressure. When I am in the office over the weekend, first thing I do is crank up the loudspeakers, preferably with Country (which everybody hates. Which I think is good). My *peep* colleague who gives a *peep* about anything or anyone uses our most productive hours (ok, not many of them anyway) to listen to trash rock. Makes me wnat to split his head. “Thank God For YouBoob (or whatever the name is)”

Someone has a radio in the office and I swear if I hear that womanizer song one more time I’m going to throw it out the window! If not in the office anything with a piano gets my attention…

A State of Trance Radio recordings lately but I like to diversify my music portfolio, you can find anything in there.

Whale-songs, Dolphin-Giggles and Forest-swooshing at maximum volume. For my colleagues. To bring them nearer to their origins (=tadpoles).

When not using the Ipod at work, I listen to these streaming feeds: Electro/Industrial - http://www.digitalgunfire.com/ Irish Folk - http://www.last.fm/listen/artist/Irish%2BFolk/similarartists

I’ve got the pre-release soundtrack for Schindler’s List 2. It gets me pumped up for long nights of studying.

Yup. I saw the Wolfe Tones three times this March and just got back from seeing The Dubliners in Denmark. I might go see Liam in Ireland this year too to round out the year of the three greatest Irish Folk bands ever. To bad these guys are all in there, like, 5th DECADE of touring. Edit: well, of course Liam Clancy is solo now that his great band mates have all passed away. RIP

Hey no_slogan. If you get to Ireland you should go to a Sharon Shannon gig. No joke. If you like the above you can’t fail to be impressed.

I’m currently digging the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs record

I’d have some very mixed feelings if you played a sh!te song on a piano…hmmm…although nothing sex!er than a guy playing on a piano…
