I am silently reading all of your results…I am really happy to see you fellows who have helped and offered help on this forum and passed. Today could have been my day as well…
I made plans and preparation to avoid almost all possible scenerios that might stop me from passing…this investigation was NOT one of it…

I think it is always important to keep checks in place while you post something onto somewhere public. It is just like you write something on a blo about some stocks or bonds, although you are just expressing your own personal oinion, you could be in violation of ethics easily without noticing.
Given the knowledge and expertise we,as experts in financial world, we should carry our responsibility of nurturing it without a doubt. So respond to CFAI and let us know how it turns out!

Created my account here just to read your old messages to understand what might have lead to this. Read all your replies. I think what worked against you was the fact that you added a few words on how you dealt with a problem in the exam.

I didn’t get my results today. For any PCP investigations, results will be held pending until all matters are resolved.

This really is an unfortunate event. You have helped to create the community of this forum for the past year, and I’m sure even before that. I haven’t tried to search your old posts, nor do I care to even if they still existed - I am familiar your character. From that alone I know that whatever was written was in no way meant to disclose or defraud the exam in any way. If you in need of anyone to stand up for your character in your investigation - you let me know, I would be glad to do it! I hope for the best outcome for you, and a pass to follow.

i’ve never understood why people even TOY with revealing what sections may or may not have been on the exam. what’s the upside?
in fact, walking out of the PM session of level iii, I couldn’t believe how many people I heard talking about specific problems; it’s absurd, just keep your mouth shut!

You are absolutely right. I got carried away by the fact that there was hot post-exam vent on the forum.
I think the precedence is exam void and five years?
You can probably fit in some other exams in between I guess
I don’t think it will be anywhere near that harsh. 5 years suspension is for people caught cheating or other quite serious offenses.
I don’t see this as anywhere near that bad
+1 … hope passme will be with us in this forum next year 
… already preparing my mentality to slay the level 3 beast. Having passme and cpk around would help. We’ve reached this far, we’re definitely not quitting.
^ Also remember, you have to slay one other guy at L3 to make it to the charter. Smarter people, higher the competition. Good luck Bilai, I definitely though you would pass.
I think they should change the rule such that you can discuss the exam 24 hours after taking it i.e. when everyone in the world is done. After all, they post the dang AM session on the website after a time anyway so it’s not like they are interested in keeping it secret for some other reason.
