True but the guys who earn charter by squeaking by or take 10 years are probably shittier analysts in real life relative to the studs. On paper someone might not know the difference but eventually you get called out.

Don’t be too hurt, i judge people on case by case basis. I may disagree with you on some but agree with you on others.

Some people can be “douchebags” in some situations and be an angel in others.

Just like some people are great friends but make really bad boyfriends.

And yes, i categorize people as douchebags or not according to my perceptions, that’s what people do, there is no universal way of objectively naming someone as a douchebag.

Yes, I understand people can behave differently in different situations. My point was, douchebaggery is not determined by whether someone agrees or disagrees with you, it is determined by how they express their agreement or disagreement.

Hypothetical example: I say “I had a bad experience with this one Asian girl.” TRH says “me too, all Asian girls suck!” He is being a douchebag even though he is agreeing with me. And similarly, someone can disagree with you and be unfailingly polite and considerate of your feelings, so he is not a douchebag.
