Trump Wins!

“Good timing” because he expects to crash markets with his words/actions, insider trading…

Saving for retirement? Avoid stocks. Donald Trump told Fox Business on Tuesday that the Fed’s “artificially low” interest rates have pumped up stock market valuations. “I did invest, and I got out, and it was actually very good timing ,” the Republican presidential nominee said.

I can’t wait for Trump to release his financials so that we can confirm once and for all that his largest real estate holding is the land in this purealpha guy’s head.

bottom line the smart states, MA, WA, NY, NJ, CA, DE, VT and couple of the swing states that will likely go with Clinton: CO, IA, PA , and FL are enough to beat out the dumb states: Wyoming, Dakotas, Alabama, Kansas, Tennessee, Idaho…You guys get all the states in the middle we will get the more populated, better educated, more diverse states. Heck even the “dumb” states are all shaped squarish and in the middle of the map…while the “smart” states actually have diverse and sophisticated shapes LOL.

but looking at polling numbers, it seems like Trump will have an uphill battle…He is already saying that the election is “rigged”

He’s probably not going to do that, would have done it already.

He’s getting hit from all sides now, way behind in polls since DNC. Obama pointing out today “Trump doesn’t appear to have basic knowledge” on the world (Europe, the Middle East or Asia). This is the guy who congratulated Scotland on voting to leave the EU hahaha!

If you look at the map, you’ll see that the Democrats start out with a big head start. Look at the states that will almost certainly vote Democrat–California, Washington, New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Massachussetts…you’ll see that they have a whole lot of votes.

On the other Hand, Texas is about the only “big” state that’s certain to vote Republican.

So, to win the election, the Republicans need to run the table on all of the big swing states, like Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Wisconsin, and Ohio. If the Republicans lose any of those states, they’ll probably lose the election.

(Note - this isn’t a Trump vs. Tramp discussion, but just a general rule for all Presidential elections.)

They kinda dug that whole for themselves though with the party platform not changing with the times much. They get a whole ton of votes automatically from the south & midwest so while the states may be smaller they still add up. PA has leaned dems for the last few elections but it is still very much a swing state if the party didnt continue to shift to the right as the country changes.

Florida/Ohio are still huge but PA seems to be in play for the repubs this election as well.

i find it comical that ‘sophistication’ and ‘enlightenment’ have somehow become exclusively associated with the democrat party. In fact, studies and surveys show there are just as many, if not more, anti-science anti-rationality retarded pukes on the left as there are on the right. Here’s a newsflash, if you’re not a libertarian, your political ideology is riddled with logical inconsistencies and you are a retarded puke…fuckin pukes. Fuck em all.

^ Agreed. Gary Johnson 2016

if turd has any pride left will he delete his account when hillary wins

This doesn’t have anything to do with president. It’s the unavoidable destination for a capitalist country hitting maturity/steady-state; growth pulls to zero, and wealth continues to concentrate, which means wealth must be extracted from the 99% and given to the 1%. Either revolution, or be quiet. Voting won’t do anything.

fixed that for you. You’re welcome in advance.

Reduced employment has more to do with advancing technology and automation, which overall is accretive to our economy. Sure, it hurts the non-educated worker who can’t get a job that isn’t being automated, but that’s life in an evolving world. I’m not sure what the solution is, but Martin Ford, who wrote Rise of the Robots which discusses this exact issue, opines that we should have some sort of minimum income safety net for all citizens. I’m sure that will go over well with the folks on this forum… (and I’m not saying I agree with it, just interesting to think about solutions to this very important societal problem we have).

wow so McCain, Bush, Rubio, republican House Speaker, Paul Ryan, CEOs of Citadel, HP, Facebook, Google, JPM, Goldman, Blackrock, Blackstone, Blue Mountain, GSO, Soros Fund Mgmt, Msft, Boeing, Starbucks, Lockheed, Citi, Wells, Cisco, Linkedin, IBM, all hating on trump…lol even the party leaders and their prominent senators are denouncing trump…After all Trump did in fact, like any 5 year olds would, tried to justify that somehow he is always the greatest…that his sacrifice for our country was greater than the parents of a US Army Captain, KIA, while saving his own men in Iraq because Trump built few buildings and golf courses while enriching himself…WOW how can anyone say that?? OH yeah your family lost your son in the war while saving his men and received the Purple Heart BUT you know what i did just as much or more for this country because i built many apartments and hotels from the money my dad gave me. Oh and i dodged the Vietnam draft a few times! I am the winner.

But Trump has the backings of oil companies, coal companies, Koch Industries, Walmart and uh majority of blue collar white families particularly men and undereducated (according to polls from both NBC and FOX) Bring on those AR15s boys and wave them confederate flags for our funfte Reich.

It all comes down to a couple swing states. In a recent article, the NYT political stats folks indicated that you might as well call this the presidential election of Florida.

Tough to tell who is more insecure. You or PA. Anybody have a guess? So, tell us. What does Mr. Khan do for a living? And does he support HRC’s war mongering?

whoa haha personal attacks coming in…shots fired from the hips!! lol

Yes, crony capitalism is defined as “close relationships between government and the corporation”, indeed the corporation now controls the government. You are getting warmer…but voting for slightly different government members will NOT change that. It’s a system deep problem that will require total revolution, then rebuild from the ground up.

agree. the Chinese system is much better
